"الفيفا" يعتمد التبديلات الخمسة في الكرة

أعلن المجلس الدولي لكرة القدم التابع للـ”فيفا”، والمسؤول عن سن قوانين اللعبة، الاثنين في العاصمة القطرية الدوحة، اعتماد قاعدة التبديلات الخمسة في كرة القدم بشكل نهائي؛ فيما قطعت تقنية “نصف آلية” لكشف التسلل شوطا نحو اعتمادها في نهائيات كأس العالم المقبلة في قطر.

وقال جاني إنفانتينو، رئيس الاتحاد الدولي (فيفا)، إن التغيير في قاعدة التبديل، بعد ما كان لثلاثة لاعبين كحد أقصى في المباراة الواحدة، جاء بعد “دعم قوي من كامل مجتمع كرة القدم”؛ وذلك بعد تجربته الناجحة في بطولات كثيرة خلال فترة جائحة كوفيد-19.

وأضاف إنفانتينو أن خبراء سيقررون عما إذا كانت تقنية التسلل نصف الآلية سيتم اعتمادها في المونديال الأول في الشرق الأوسط، الذي ينطلق في 21 نونبر المقبل.

بدوره، رأى الإيطالي بييرلويجي كولينا، رئيس لجنة الحكام، أنه “واثق” من استخدام هذه التقنية في المونديال القطري.

وفي الاجتماع السنوي الـ136 لجمعيته العمومية، قال المجلس إنه “ناقش أيضا التجارب الجارية للتبديلات الناجمة عن ارتجاج في الرأس، والبدائل الممكنة للتسلل، وآخر التطورات التكنولوجية لدعم حكام المباريات”، مضيفا أن هذه التغييرات ستدخل حيز التنفيذ بدءا من فاتح يوليوز المقبل.

وأكد (إيفاب) استمرار قاعدة إجراء التبديلات في ثلاث فترات فقط، زائد فترة التوقف بين الشوطين.

وكان الاتحاد الإنجليزي لكرة القدم قد سمح بإجراء خمسة تبديلات لكل فريق في مايو 2020، قبل أن يقلص العدد إلى ثلاثة تبديلات فقط في الموسمين الماضيين.

In turn, the Italian Pierluigi Collina, head of the referees committee, said that he was "confident" of using this technology in the Qatar World Cup.

At the 136th annual meeting of its General Assembly, the council said that it "also discussed the ongoing experiences of substitutions resulting from a concussion, possible alternatives to infiltration, and the latest technological developments to support match referees," adding that these changes will enter into force starting from the 1st of next July.

And (IFAP) confirmed that the rule of making substitutions in only three periods, plus the stopping period between the two halves, continued.

The Football Association had allowed five substitutions per team in May 2020, before reducing the number to only three in the past two seasons.
